Refund Policy

The InkMuser Shop is not open yet and no purchases can be made. This policy is published in advance so the terms are clear before anything goes on sale.

Products will be digital downloads — templates, guides, prompt collections, ebooks and similar. Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, sales will be final once a download has been accessed.

• The file fails to download or is corrupted and cannot be replaced
• You were charged more than once for the same item
• The product delivered is materially different from its description

Email muse@inkmuser.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and a description of the problem. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
